Yes! From buying the materials, to packaging. Everything is carefully made by myself from my home.

I mostly use mercerized cotton yarn. But depending on the toy, sometimes I also use wool or acrylic yarn or even cotton fabric.

It depends a lot. But for a medium size doll, it can take up to 8 hours.

Once your payment has been received, your hand-made toy will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days.

For customers in the United States, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days. This shipping option includes a tracking number so you can easily monitor the progress of your package.

For international customers, the estimated delivery time is typically 2 to 3 weeks. Please note that international shipping does not include tracking, which means the package cannot be traced during transit.

I accept returns and exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase, with the exception of sale or custom items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they arrived. Once the returned items have been received and inspected, I will issue a refund or exchange within 5 days.

Please note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. I strongly recommend using a trackable mail service when returning items to me, as I cannot be held liable for merchandise damaged or lost during return shipment.

Please be aware that digital patterns are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Amiimaker reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.

To ensure the longevity and beauty of your handmade doll, I recommend avoiding the use of a washing machine, as it is a delicate handmade item. Instead, I suggest hand washing it using gentle methods.

For general cleaning, I recommend spot cleaning the doll by gently dabbing the fabric with a mild detergent or soap. You can use a soft cloth or sponge to carefully remove any dirt or stains from the surface of the toy.

After cleaning, it is important to allow the doll to air dry completely.

You are allowed to sell toys made with my patterns. But commercial use of the pattern is strictly prohibited. Thank you for understanding and respecting the terms of use.
